U-Digitalize MODEL

U-Digitalize Model for digitalizing of care services for people with functional diversity, is one of the main results of the U-Digitalize project.

Developed by the project partners, who benefited from the support and participation of more than 75 professionals from the social and health care sector in the participating countries.

The model main objective is to support organisations and professionals in the sector to innovate and advance in the digital transformation processes, offering guidance, recommendations and resources that they can easily use.
